The property consists of a large living room, a comfortable fully equipped kitchen, a master bathroom, and two bedrooms, one of which has an en suite bathroom.
In the annex attached to the main body is a third bedroom, with its own bathroom, kitchenette and small terrace.
The private outdoor area includes a hot tub for 5 people. a swimming pool with salt purification for the exclusive use of guests, sunbeds, deck chairs and outdoor shower.
An elegant wooden chalet overlooking the pool is home to a fitness area complete with exercise bike, treadmill, elliptical, vibration platform, fitness bench, weights, etc., with its own private bathroom.
The villa has a large garden of 2600 sq. m. fully fenced suitable to safely accommodate pets, the property is pet friendly.
Guests are provided with all the linens needed for their stay, including towels and pool towels. Crib and high chair are also available upon request.

Amenities include Wi-Fi, 55" smart TV with access to Sky, Netflix, Prime Video, etc., fireplace corner, heating, washer, dryer, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, microwave oven, electric kettle and coffee maker, air conditioning is available in the annex.
There is a barbecue with an attached wood-burning oven useful for preparing excellent grills or tasty pizzas to be enjoyed under one of the 3 gazebos provided, the necessary wood is at your disposal.
Parking spaces are available in the property's large private parking lot equipped with an automatic gate.
The property has security cameras and a security service. During your stay there may be intervention by the gardener and technicians to maintain the pool.
